Ex-NFL signal-caller Tom Brady has seemingly been maintaining his fitness since the conclusion of his 23-year NFL tenure. In other words, at the age of 47, Brady demonstrated benching 245 pounds, which he remarked was his initial max bench in the past 18 years.

“If you had told me this morning that I needed to lift 245, I would have said ‘you’re out of your f***ing mind,'” Brady stated.
Overall, the seven-time Super Bowl champion quarterback is recognized for his durability, as he was a MVP contender during his final season in the league (2021) at the age of 44.
TB12 appears not to have lost any momentum, as he is benching his max, and has even showcased his jumping ability that surprised many.

Remarkably, there may never be a more successful quarterback than Brady, who possesses numerous records, including the highest winning percentage (.754) among all NFL quarterbacks who have played in at least 100 games. Additionally, he is the all-time passing leader, amassing 89,214 yards in the air, as well as holding the record for most passing touchdowns in NFL history (649).
Looking ahead to the quarterback’s future endeavors, he is moving on to the broadcast booth as a sport newscaster for Fox. With this knowledge, Brady will don the headset for Week 1 of the 2024 NFL season, when the Dallas Cowboys will face off against the Cleveland Browns, September 8 at 4:25 pm ET.
